Lancome to launch new Ôscillation mascara this fall
|
By now you all probably know that nothing makes Dollface happier than Lacome mascaras (well, I guess free Lancome mascaras might make me happier, but hey…), so one of the few things currently helping me smile through the depression of being home from vacation is the news that Lancome are to release a brand new mascara this fall.
It’s called Ôscillation, and it sounds really quite special, as it provides a 360-degree coat around each lash. Not only that, but as you can see from the image on your right, the brush actually vibrates (and you thought it was just a blurry photo, didn’t you?), providing you with no fewer than 7,000 vibrations per minute. Now that should be an interesting application…
Ôscillation has four patents for technology and formula and was created by a team led by Jean-Louis Guéret, the designer of all Lancôme mascara brushes. I’ve always said that the best thing about Lancome’s mascara is the fabulous brushes – they refer to Guéret as ‘The King of Mascara’ for a reason, you know – so I really can’t wait to try this one out.
Roll on this fall! (Not too fast, though – we don’t want to miss summer…)

I can only imagine how much more mascara I would get all over my eyelids with this…
Have you tried that revolving mascara brush? I hear it wasn’t that great.
