Toppik Hair Building Fibers, The 30 Second "hair transplant"
We're all familiar with lash-lengthening mascaras, like Imju Fiberwig, which work by adding tiny little fibres to your existing lashes, right?
Well, what if there was a similar product for the hair on your head?
There is, you know. It's Toppik Hair Building Fibers, and while it doesn't claim to lengthen your hair, like Fiberwig, it does sell itself as a "hair transplant" in a bottle - a product that leaves you with thicker, healthier looking hair in just a few seconds. It's actually marketed at people suffering hair loss, but I'm wondering if it might also be useful purely as a beauty aid.
How does it do it? In the company's own words: "Toppik is an amazing new complex of tiny, microfiber "hairs" that perfectly blend with your hair. Toppik fibers are made of the same organic Keratin protein as your own hair. Through a unique process, these fibers are restructured to merge undetectably with your hair. You will instantly see a fuller, more natural looking head of hair than you could ever imagine."
I'm skeptical, but intriged. It costs $69.95 and is available in a range of hair colours. Get it at Amazon, if you're dealing with hair loss, or are just as curious as I am...

This does look intriguing. I don't think I'd buy it just to find out if it worked, but I would love to hear from people who've tried it. I wonder if when you brush your hair little pieces of the stuff falls out? Eww...
