Barely Base Sheer Mineral Makeup SPF20 from Senna Cosmetics
I've said before that I just don't get on with powder-format mineral makeup, but my few disappointing forays into the field have left me feeling like I'm missing out on something, which is why Senna Cosmetics' Barely Base sounds so interesting to me right about now.
This is mineral makeup, but in a liquid format rather than a powder one, which I'm hoping will mean that it comes without the downsides of powder (settles into the wrinkles under my eyes, makes me look older, always guaranteed to spill over my black jeans or sweater...).
It has a sheer finish, so probably isn't going to work so well for anyone looking for thick coverage, but it's packed with good stuff like vitamins E and C, is oil free, fragrance free and water resistant, all of which sounds very good to me.
