Victoria Beckham's new cropped haircut - what do you think?

Victoriabeckham_new_haircu

As well as unveiling her first ever collection of dresses at New York Fashion Week this week, Victoria Beckham also unveiled a new look with this cropped hairdo of hers. Personally, I love this look on her: she has the bone structure to carry off a short crop (as she knows - she's had one before) and I like the way she's emphasized her eyes here, making them the focal point of this look, a little like a modern version of the classic Twiggy look of the 60s - pale lips, big eyes, cropped hair.

A thumbs up from Dollface then, but what do you think of Victoria's new look? Do you love it or hate it?

I like the cut but not so much the color. I think it is too dark and it looks a little fried.

Don't like it. And it will probably look terrible once it starts growing out!

I have the exact same haircut, so naturally I really like it! Well, to be honest mine could really do with a trim...

I was totally planning on getting that haircut! Posh is copying me yet again.

I think she looks great, much more sophisticated than the blond streaks and piece-y strands always in her face.

I think she definitely has the bone structure to pull it off, but I personally preferred the pob.

I thought that was Halle Berry for a second. I like it better than the pob.

oh dear. i can't say i even remotely like this look. it's an interesting change, but...well, she's supposed to be *Posh*, no?

I love it! How's there question when this is just a recycled style from her Spice days?

Why not focus on actual news, like her debut collection of dresses?!

(Or her possible anorexia?) Ahem.

Ella - this is a blog about beauty and hair. That's why we covered a story about a celebrity hair cut, and do not cover stories about fashion. And to be honest, if you think spurious rumours that a certain celebrity may be anorexic count as "actual news" then you're in the wrong place altogether.
