Actually, to be fair, Anne Semonin’s Gentle Mistletoe Shampoo isn’t exactly what you could call a Christmas gimmick. This gentle shampoo contains extracts of mistletoe, hop, chamomile and yarrow, and is said to be so nourishing that you won’t even need to use a conditioner afterwards. This is very good news indeed, because at £33 per 200ml bottle, I probably wouldn’t be able to afford one…
Just in case you don’t trust those "no extra conditioner needed" claims, however, this stuff can also be used with the complimentary Anne Semonin complexes, which allow you to tailor-make your hair care. Add drops of Firming Intensive Complexes for extra body and bounce, for example, or Moisturising Intensive Complexes if your hair is dry or damaged.
The complexes are even more expensive, at £49 for 30ml, but you’ll only need to use a few drops at a time, so they should last for a while.
