It's the Agyness Deyn-revived Thatcher Helmet, as far as the hair goes. Of late I've tried to be equitable towards Lady Gaga: at least she has a style of sorts; she's as sexually obvious as Madonna used to be (a good thing, somewhat, given the current halfwits on display); she's canny in her PR-as-art shenanigns. However, this is a step too far. She looks like an 18th century executioner, the sort that would wear black leather hoods to hide their identity whilst swinging an axe.
