MAC Launch Skinsheen -makeup for legs
Back in October of last year, I decided to try out some spray-on tights. Well, that little experiment didn’t work out too well, but that won’t stop me from trying out MAC’s new Skinsheen collection when it comes out next month – mostly because this isn’t so much "spray on tights" as spray on "glow".
This claims to do exactly what it sounds like: it gives your legs a soft sheen, and a sheer wash of colour, perfect for those days when the sun comes out and you haven’t bothered to slap on some fake tan. It’ll be available in a spray oil and a leg mousse and in Medium Sheer and Medium Dark sheer, so you can choose just how much "glow" you want to go for.
At the same time, MAC will also release their Body Buffer brush, which has a long, flat top designed to make the applications of body makeup like this easier.
All will be available from May 08 – just in time for my holiday!

Caffeine Tights, you say? What are they?
Just like it says on the tin packet, they’re tights infused with micro-capsules of caffeine – yes, the kind that you drink in your coffee. As you wear the tights, the caffeine is released into your skin, where it helps burn fat, reduce the circumference of your thighs and help mimimise the appearance of cellulite. Sounds good, no?
The tights come foil-packed, just like coffee, with each pack containing three pairs of tights. The tights can be washed up to five times each before you wash out the caffeine, and it’ll take two to four weeks before you’ll see the results. Pretty Polly launches Love Legs – a beauty range for legs
I’m currently obsessed with the idea of spray-on tights and makeup for legs at the moment (in fact, I’m eagerly awaiting delivery of a leg product which will hopefully be reviewed later this week), so the announcement that Pretty Polly, one of the UK’s biggest hoisery manufacturers is launching its first beauty care for legs range has come at just the right time for me.
