I’ve started to get press releases about Christmas gifts. I’d tell you how much this depresses me, but I think the swearing might put some of you off. Suffice to say, I hate winter and I’m just not ready to start thinking about Christmas yet.  Or I wasn’t until I found out about this Eylure gift set, which has gone straight onto my Christmas list.

This is £25, and contains a full set of the Girls Aloud false eyelashes which Eylure brought out earlier this year. I’ve tried all of these now, and I absolutely love them: I think the only problem most people will have with them is deciding which ones to go for and this gets around that “problem” very nicely, no?

The set comes with a black patent purse and presentation box. Normally boxed beauty sets don’t quite hit the mark for me, because they tend to contain miniature versions of the product, or items I know I won’t use, but this one is a set I think would go down really well for a beauty addict. It’s not available just yet (boo!) but look out for it within the next week or so at Boots – it’s exclusive to them.
